30 years working experience

I am 59 and graduate of Master’s Degree – General Management – ESSEC IMD. I use to work in French or English with solid commands in German. I am a Consultant and Interim Manager. Combining reflexion and action, methodology and behavior I act in the Strategic and Operational fields.

Even in tough environment, I grasp and make fit in political scope which confer a power of negotiation. I am involved and focused on results.
I am Managing Director of X-Ray Consulting and in that respect I manage missions for Sohos, SMEs and Multinational companies. I work closely with Board Members and Board of Directors.

X-Ray Consulting is an International Consulting Company launched in 2008 by Alain CORNU. It can operate worldwide without any geographical restriction.
Alain CORNU is the unique Consultant of the company. However he can enrolled Independant Consultant when necessarely. By client request, Alain performs also the profiling and staffing of Consultant.
X-Ray Consulting works various sectors and more specifically in the field of Telecoms and New Technologies.
I am a Consultant and Interim Manager. Combining reflexion and action, methodology and behavior I act in the Strategic and Operational fields.

I managed large projects like launching a Mobile Operator, re-branding an Operator Incumbent, performing  M&A and launching TV Multi screen in a country. Moreover I was in charge of Start Up for my own benefit or for Golden Boys.
Beyond my « standart » business, I was in charge of M&A covering thus all aspects with Share Holders, Trade Unions, Mass media and Out-placement agencies.
By means of my long experience at C-Level positions in Europe and AMEA within International companies like Robert BOSCH, Hutchison Telecom, Orange, France Telecom combined with a perfect knowledge of SoHo’s and SME’s,  I understands precisely the strategic and operational stakes of a company.
I am 56 and graduate of Master’s Degree – General Management – ESSEC IMD.
I use to work in French or English with solid commands in German.
I was a top athlete in Martial Arts and think Sport is a source of energy and values. I practice Golf and Motorbike races.

 I expressed my know How in implementing  the action plan in a consistent way. I also have the ability to make decision according to given madate.

Among my duties I shall create a dynamic and revitalise the team work and team spirit. Last but not least I shall implement all components to assure the durability after the Interim period of time.
